Please see below some answers to frequently asked questions about the show.

Where is the show?

Helston Fatstock Show 2026 will be held on Saturday 14th November at Franchis Farm, Helston, TR13 0LT by kind permission of Mr Bob Cowell & Mr Don Cowell.

What time does the show open & close?

The gates open at 10am and we close at 4pm.

Can I bring my dog along?

Sorry, as we have livestock onsite, dogs are not allowed.

Is there accessible parking?

We will have a designated area close to the entrance to the shed for accessible parking. These will be on a first come, first served basis. Parking is also in a grass field as opposed to a hard-standing. If you require accessible parking, please make yourself known to a steward who will direct you to the designated area.

Is there a bus stop nearby?

The following buses have a stop directly outside Franchis Farm:
– The 34, which runs between Redruth and The Lizard, click here for the timetable.
– The 36, which runs between Truro and St Keverne, click here for the timetable.

How much is entry to the show?

Entry is free to all visitors.

How can I enter one of the classes?

Please fill in an entry form and send to helstonfatstockshow@outlook.com – entry forms can be downloaded here.

I’d like to sponsor the show.

Please contact helstonfatstockshow@outlook.com and one of our team will reach out.

I’d like to have a stall at the show.

All stallholders who attended the 2025 show will have a stall provisionally reserved and will be given 2 weeks’ priority to confirm their booking before general applications open.

After this, any remaining stall spaces will be offered to new traders. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for more details.
